Lvl 24 before find them... Maaan that's crazy

Idk if im super lucky but on reserve dropdown and tech room in the invisible spawn room, first try I found 4 in first 2 raids

im lvl 27, another eazy way to find them is in USEC in green screen below the computer, found 3 in the first 4 raids i did .

also the second floor tech room on interchange. Where I found mine
