How To Setup Windows 11 Without Internet (WIFI)

In this video i will be showing you how to bypass connecting to the internet page on the windows 11 setup screens.

This video is to help install windows 11 without internet so repairs and refurbished computers can get a fresh install of windows 11 without a Microsoft account linked to the PC.

This worked for me, but I had to use shift + fn + f10 - in case anyone is struggling with that step.

Ive got an issue where i for some reason am not able to connect to the internet at all after messing with some settings. Thought a factory reset could solve it but nope. Now i was literally stuck at the setup screen. This got me past it but im still having the issue with no internet

WINDOWS + f10 didn't work for me. It wouldn't open the TASK MANAGER. I had to click WINDOWS + X to view the taskbar at the bottom and right click on the WINDOWS icon to find the TASK MANAGER. As soon as I clicked END PROCESS on the NETWORK CONNECTION FLOW, I was able to bypass it, though. Thanks so much for your help. I almost took the computer back.
