The evolution of boxing in mma is Amazing now a days!

Almost seemed like her training in camp has been strictly boxing based off of her in ring habits. Maybe this fight was an eye opener for sumiko and her team to try and diversify their training habits. Usually what you primarily train and the habits you build in the gym, typically is what your body will naturally put out when it’s time to perform. Tough fight though she did amazing and looked really sharp, so much potential though sometimes experience makes the difference. Sumiko is going to be better and learn a lot from this loss, looking forward to seeing her compete once again.

I actually gave round one to red, I'm surprised that all three judges saw it 30-27. Red had better volume and combinations versus blue's single strikes. Blue definitely had BETTER boxing when she decided to use a more boxing-centric style herself, and red did the right things in round 3 with her wrestling but it was too late in the round to change the round in her favor

Denise is absolutely beautiful and a great fighter. Those judges were crazy, denise definitely won but 30-27 is wild. Takedowns mean nothing I guess.
