Congratulation! Georg, do you use common ekey net FS with license or ekey FSX solution/special article for Crestron?

I have added finger scanner using crestron GUI without license key, it worked for one hour but after that it didn't worked, ekey led was blinking, after next day I have put the license, then also it was not communication. I deleted the device and added again but then also it was not communicating. What can be the issue

What door lock is being used in this system?

I am unable to connect the ekey with crestron controller CP3
WHite- Ground
Brown- Supply
Green - TX to Com Port Rs485
Yellow - RTS to Com Port Rs_485
The connection are done as per the Wiring Diagram

I get the Orange Light Blinking after the Serial No and License Key Registered Properly, unable to scan the Finger, using Module EkeyDemo v 2.3
