How to Install Auxbeam Ditch Lights | 1995 Ford F150

In this video, I show you how to install cowl mounted ditch lights on your OBS Ford truck. I accomplished this by installing ditch brackets from Rago Fabrication. Then using the kit wiring kit that came with the 3" Auxbeam Pod Lights, I wired the lights to a switch mounted in OBS Interiors media hub kit. Links for all the products used in this video are below:

I like the idea, but tearing out the original ash tray, and courtesy light, I would have just put it underneath the dash.

OK you got me with the penny in the cigarette lighter LOL. Those brackets are pretty slick. Easy to add and remove if you wanted. You're better than me I need to finish wiring my aux lighting properly. Got 2 lights to install on my push bar still to install and my LED bed lighting is just lazily hanging under the dash.

I put my rocker switches in the bezel, and put Autometer gauges in the 4 gauge spot, barely fit. I also like my double din conversion. Have to carve the dash a little and paint the piece, but love mine with backup camera

I have the same Gold Battery Terminals. My original set got ruined when my Dad sprayed CRC Battery Terminal Protection on them.
The gold plating did not like that stuff

Nice tutorial. Are the mounting bolts for the lamps stainless steel? If not, I think I’d switch them for stainless ones or you’ll eventually get rust stains on the fender from the bolts dripping rust - plus they’ll look crappy if they are rusty themselves. The brackets are a neat design. 👍🏻

I was wondering if one day you could show a video of the windshield wiper linkage assembly. When I turn on my wipers to max speed its still slow by a lot. Maybe I would need to lubricate the linkages with wd40?? Thanks! :D
