Thanks for the nice video. I have a Windows 7 desktop. When I try to add it to domain, I get the error "The network path was not found", whereas I am able to resolve and ping the machine. How to troubleshoot the problem?

Hello! Great video and explanation!
I would like to recreate the virtual lab you are show in this video on my personal computer.

How much RAM and disk space do you suggest to allocate for each virtual machine?
I mean, how much for the server instance(s) and how much for each client, given a total amount of 12GB (to which you must substract the hosting OS and Virtual Box space) and virtually no limits for the disk space?

Thank you!

Hi There! Quick question: why do you use the Admin user to join the Domain. Normally i try with the user. Sometimes I'm lucky and sometimes not.

One issue I encountered was when trying to add a Win 10 VM to my homelab.local DC it was giving me an unable to connect error. I had to go into the VM and under the network adapter settings, I had to point to the static IP address of the server. I have 4 NICs so I just picked one to use. This allowed the VM to reach out to the DNS server to resolve homelab.local domain controller to the static IP address. Once I did this I had no issues adding my VM to the DC. Once I get this set up time to add WSUS role.
