Congrats man.. If u r clearing by sc category, people will say u r sc so u cleared by low marks.. if u cleared by general category they would say, u steal general candidates seat.. Grow up guys.. He studied well and got seat.. If u want u should study and get selected.. He wants single vacancy it may either general or quota..

Best bank you got as clerk you will love pnb I am presently working bere but without heart have to join sbi po by giving resignation from pnb swo a .. but pnb is better for employees never leave this bank even if you clear ibps po next year if got pnb ok or else don't leave...
