Family of 5 left homeless after devastating fire kills their grandmother

I'm not understanding why the Red Cross hasn't put them up in a hotel - especially with three little children. I thought that's one of the main functions of the Red Cross, no??

Me, my daughter, my 3 & 1 yr old grandchildren lost everything in a mobile home fire. They said it was my dryer that caused it. I had renters insurance and believed it was my fault. Landlady put in a claim but I had it investigated. Bad wiring started the fire. I also had oxygen tanks and fire chief told me they wouldn't have blown up. I don't believe that either. Maybe this couple should ask for a 2nd opinion. The Red Cross gave me a check, which I was very grateful for but they didn't discuss housing. My renters insurance took care of that. I pray this family is given a place to live. Children should never suffer. And stop blaming the grandmother. We really don't know if it was her tanks or smoking but she died so just stop. I've seen people smoking next to the tank & not blow up.
