EA Sports is attempting to revive the NBA Jam franchise once again with the release of NBA Jam: On Fire Edition.

Last year's NBA Jam was a huge disappointment on several levels and as a result, EA Canada went back to the drawing board and created a game that is much better than its predecessor.

With better AI, fresh new gameplay enhancements, a large amount of unlockables and a cheaper price tag, NBA Jam: On Fire Edition is the game Jam fans have been anxiously waiting for.

@Carznajn the only defensive changes are the ability to call for the CPU to shove your opponent and razzle dazzle shoves where you can push a offensive player down with one finger.

I rate this game a 9/10. Magic Johnson and Kobe Bryant on the same team in a 2 on 2 game, that shit is really UNFAIR! lol

I literally just bought a used copy of the disc version for 16 bucks not knowing this version even existed. Now I am like, do I drop another 15 bucks for the on fire edition?

so disappointing i was expecting to be able to play as Jordan on the bulls, he's not even in the game. i wanted the classic roster. but nope you have to unlock rodmen and pippen.
