Make sure you bring out the counter melody towards the end of the short, it's the goosebumps moment of the piece!

Thank you for introducing me to this piece. It’s become my favorite to listen to these days, esp the one by Ashkenazy.

Bringing out the different voices in this piece is SO hard imo

Don't worry about it my fingers are too big and actually get stuck between black keys so I kind of wish that I had your problem :)

I don't see a lack of size, I see that the skill could be improved, that's a good thing because it's something you can change, your hands are sufficient to play Rachmaninoff.

I wonder why such famous st()pid company don't have reduced size key grand or upright piano; like guitar or cello. Small hand man doesn't mean he or she cannot produce wonderful pieces of music. Mark my word💪

I played that piece and im actually relearning it...i find that most of my small hands problems where from the pedal i was not doing propely...Like in the hidden melody you can take time to get the C in the pedal after the D without pedal and then keep for the A and then change it. Also in the F major modulation you can take time on each large 10th intervals....it would more expressive and bring out the melody. I would also do more staccato on the 3rd notes and add more base for the octaves.

You need to play deeper into the keys. Your fingers don't look like they're really contacting the keys and your hands look like they're afraid of the piano at times. You'll get a clearer tone if you practice slowly and let your fingers sink all the way down

Isn’t it that little melody that later comes out in the piece more explicitly? Almost like a quotation from it on your left hand I think it is.
