don't have to use a USB keyboard with :
(( in the options menu ))

up, up, down, down, left, right, left, right, LB, RB .

AND

up, up, down, down, LB, RB, LB, RB, left, right .

After doing both of those :
RB + Left = Immortal
RB + Down = Invisible
Left + RB = Teleport
RB + Up = Mortal
RB + Right = Visible
