I would not "stop and frisk", I would "pause and pat". It's more efficient and people have work to do. What would really be great is a joint Trump/Clinton presidency. Clinton could handle the "pay to play" angle and Trump could handle domestic "tax avoidance" issues. Campaign slogan: "America, reach for the sky!"

I would personally be annoyed if cops randomly stopped and frisked me. Especially if I wasn't doing anything illegal or suspicious.
I would be down right pissed if it happened more than once.

I live a very boring life (according to others) because I don't want trouble or "drama".

I may be more sensitive since as a young teen a certain cop was constantly pulling me over (small town). I wasn't doing anything wrong and I never received tickets, he was hitting on me. My parents never believed me until he was fired for stalking and hurrasing another woman in town.

Cops are not Gods, they are humans with human faults. Giving any human carte blanche is dangerous and more so those with power over others.

I like Trump but I'd expect this kind of thing come from the blue camp and not the red. At the end of the day they all work for the same banks and even if it looks different on the outside, on the inside they agree on the same issues on both sides and it never benefits us.

Do something or do nothing. At the end of the day who lost people's trust in implementing security - the one seated who's doing nothing to prevent crimes or any individual who is open to any suggestions that will support motivate peacekeepers to do their job in the field to prevent crimes (than waiting for crimes to happen). The incumbent mayor may had assumed that his leadership prioritize his own political concerns first, than the necessary security and welfare needs of the people and community.
