Martin County Sheriff's Office enforces new rule at beaches

On Saturday Martin County Sheriff’s Deputies were out in full force at Stuart and Jensen Beach, verifying proof of residency for drivers and pedestrians.

Any one should be able to use that beach first come when its to many people turn the rest around if you do not feel safe leave how bout that

Just wondering if the Sheriff sees any 4th Amendment issues here....Usually accredited law enforcement takes an oath to The Constitution. Not sure about county officials...
