Deputy President William Ruto maintains the Jubilee Party has no plans to scrap the two-term presidential limit set in the constitution. Speaking in Mathira constituency during the burial of the mother of area Member of Parliament Rigathi Gachagua, Ruto said President Uhuru Kenyatta has a legacy to safeguard and cannot taint it by reversing gains made since the promulgation of the constitution in 2010.
