interesting list of simple defects. Short seat. I need long seat for tal people ? Can the back hump be removed. ?

If you mentioned the kilometers on the odometer, l missed it. It is illogical to comment on the reliability of a motorbike or scooter without commenting on the mileage and severity of operating conditions. And in Cebu, l think the operating environment would be pretty extreme.
Why did the cvt belt break?
Was it caused by high kilometres and a failure to replace it at its 20K recommended limit?
Or was it caused by a faulty belt? 🤔
You said you had "quite a few problems" but you only remarked on the cvt belt; a stripped kickstand bolt; and a faulty kickstand sensor.
Hardly "quite a few problems."
And how did the kickstand bolt get stripped? Was that caused by the "mechanic" who was investigating the sensor?

The reviewer has no business driving this Model. Any seat height that you can’t touch the ground flat footed is too big for you. By the reviewer’s own admission he’s almost dropped the bike twice. In my opinion this is not a review. He drives in circles around a gas station while he ad-libs. And complains through out about his inability to touch the ground. IT’s poorly shot, poorly edited.
