Hey. Happy New Year. Guess the other real test (besides driving off road) will be crossing that crazy, windy plain in Wyoming. Are you at all concerned about making the van more top heavy? As always, I wouldn't be your aunt if I didn't say Drive Safe! Love you guys. Xoxoxox

The lift looks great. For me that will be a necessity to get me to those Utah backcountry trailheads. Let us know how it works out once you've tried some dirt roads.

Being a shorty, I'm looking for a power step for the Promaster. Any ideas out there? AMP makes a power step, however not for Promaster. Anyone know if they've heard of it being retrofitted? Then I could consider the lift and some different tires; a great idea. Thanks always for the video guys. Happy travels.

Allie do not worry about higher cog. When trent puts wider offroad tires it will help compensate for the lift. Plus with bigger offroad tires will also be higher as well. For offroad tire advice u want tires with lugs that have a good gap between the other lugs and u also want the lugs to come down the sidewall a bit. Also get a snowrated tire and makesure the ply on the sidewall is ultra thick. A good set of Goodyear Duratrac snow rated tires will do and will also work fine on rock, sand and mud too. Remember to deflate tires as much as possible in deep sand. Ive had my suv down as much as 15psi, but u will know better by looking at urs. U have a heavier load so maybe not that much. Cheers.

The van looks great, congratulations. As an avid off roader and someone who has flopped a jeep on its sides a few times the rule of thumb is that for every inch of lift the track width should be increased accordingly. This will maintain your stability in off camber situations and windy conditions.

Looking forward to the them working on my van in 10 days! I’m also looking forward to a follow up video on the lift. I’m sure you will find it handy in Southern Utah getting to a few trail heads.

Out standing, I was thinking of doing a 1.5" on the front myself, but now I may follow your lead. I need more clearance!

Oh wow! I hadn't heard of this place. Being in this Utah myself, I might have to use these guys when I'm ready to begin my van life! Thanks guys.

looks great!! now for some 35" All Terrain TA's!! lol but seriously I've seen a few 2 wheel drives that switch to the All terrain TA's {stock size} just for the added protection for when you do go off road... added traction too.

Hey Trent and Allie. I'm "Binge" watching your earlier videos! I'm excited to watch your Costa Rica and especially Belize videos. Have to say that Belize is one of my favorite country's. I could see you guy's doing, Australia, Thailand and Scotland too!!!!

i have sumo springs on mine and it was a game changer. i can't imagine that your promaster didn't have that tippy feeling. did your lift kit make it feel more stable? my sumo springs changed everything! it only lifted it an inch and a half though.

Dudes, thought it would be more like 6"s. I guess 3"s makes a difference. How about some before and after picks on that tank we were concerned about. Thanks guys. Glad you finally got it done.
