DECRIPTION:
This is a sweet find. It’s got an incredibly small footprint for enclosing a full featured GPS module that is fast and responsive. The screen in bright and easily viewable in the sun, and the battery lasts a surprisingly long time considering its small size and energy efficient GPS. It includes an Alipay system, but that’s not usable outside of China. Check out the review to see all the features in action.

NOTE: If you do not enable HUAWEI TruSleep TM in the Huawei Health app, your wearable device will only use data from its sensor to give you a simple analysis of the duration and quality of your sleep. After this sleep data is synced to the Huawei Health app, only the sleep duration will be displayed in the sleep details page. However, if HUAWEI TruSleep TM is enabled in Huawei Health app, your wearable device will use HUAWEI TruSleepTM sleep analysis technology to extrapolate normal sinus rhythm and breathing signals from the heart rate data. The Hilbert-Huang transform (HHT) method is then used to analyze the coherence and cross-spectral density of the two signals to allow Cardiopulmonary Coupling (CPC) analysis, which can accurately determine which stage of sleep you are in, such as deep sleep, shallow sleep, REM sleep, or wakefulness. Your wearable device not only analyzes your sleep in detail, but also provides you with a sleep score and personalized suggestions to help you improve the quality of your sleep.

The way i understand is Honor is a subsidiary of Hauwei ... they seem identical in many regards from an OS perspective, some features on one vs not the other and of course like you say .. the Huawei "Pro" have GPS. The interesting part is firstbeat has Hauwei devices listed on their site as being the health engine the band uses (firstbeat is quite sophisticated, its what powers the garmin health features) ... but firstbeat doesnt list any Honor devices ... but I think honestly, firstbeat is probably in both ... I would be surprised if it wasnt but I could be wrong, it just seems odd if 2 cheap bands implementing the same OS and roughly same software ... would implement 2 completely different health engines/ API's.
I tell ya tho, if these bands implemented the "Stress" feature available from firstbeat like a lot of the garmin devices do.... these bands would give garmin a severe running for the money.
Another thing the app needs and the band as well is some sorta cumulative calorie burn or TOTAL calorie burned including resting ... rather than just "active calories".

To see the extra faces, you need the apps on your phone. Huawei Health > Devices > pick the paired device in this case the Band 4 Pro. There you will find the page that has all the faces :)

Just received mine in the mail (ordered from aliexpress in May), and it's updating right now :) I got it in pink (with an additional al black strap) and it's so pretty! So excited to see how it compares to my Miband 4 :D

Received the global version today and I can confirm it has no blood oxygen monitor and NFC. Something that is a bit annoying imo is that Huawei Health app requires you to install Huawei Mobile Services app as well. Another thing is that the apps require a lot of unnecessary permissions if you ask me! Faces are working well and is a really nice addition feature

For more faces, in the Huawei health app, you press "devices" (it has a watch for an icon). Once there, you press on your paired device (the band 4 pro in this case), and you'll see the faces option and to get more faces.

Also, if you launch your camera app, the band 4 pro auto becomes a remote. This MIGHT ONLY work on Huawei phones though, and even with a Huawei device, it's possible it only works if you're using the default camera app. I don't know, I found this function by accident. My phone is a Huawei P30 pro.
