In the month of may 2023, one day when we started the TV it firstly the white light start then it shows SONY logo, then android is written on screen after that TV got off and on again with same sequence, there is no control of remote on TV, we tried a lot but all in vain. So we power off the TV. Then we on the TV for next to day but it shows same pattern as above mentioned, so we turn off the tv.

Now came to the month of September 2023
On 28th September 2023, we see videos related to android logo stuck for Sony Bravia, and at afternoon time 13:00 PM, we started the TV and turn it on without disturbing it, after four hours at 17:00 PM my sister tell me that let we plugged the pen drive in TV, if it show some output or not.

Then she insert Pendrive in USB port in tv, but the android and the Sony logo was got disappeared. We got tensed if this step got worsened the conditions or what.

But after 2-3 minutes, the android logo and SONY logo reappeared and then the process of factory reset starts automatically in the TV. We let it to happen in its own without interfering in it.

Then finally, our SONY BRAVIA ANDROID TV 55’’ 2016 model starts normally.

Unplug other Devices and Restart the TV don't use TV with wifi...
