I am an independent contractor. I can't do hair outside, I need to shampoo and use electricity. I don't just cut hair I style it. What are you going to do for us? How do we pay our bills? I am with the stay at home order if you have a plan. A plan that we can pay our rent and bills and eat. What do we do? The Cares act helped so much but it's over at the end of the month what do we do?
