The funny thing about all this is that even though I love flechette because it's so easy to craft, a game that prides itself on realism has a shell that is unreliable on soft flesh targets IRL, chewing through armor that can withstand multiple .308 rounds as the greatest shotgun round is just laughable.

Yall do realize beehive rounds are basically literal giant nails flying at your right? a 50 yard shot will fuck shit up with that. 100 yards needs more than 1 to really fuck shit up since the fragments will rotate and not all will pierce... anything over 100 yards it starts to become useless for the fact they are lightweight as fuck and cant travel far. I see nothing wrong with this. People have a fear factor to rushing a player now not knowing if he is loaded with shells containing 50 spiked nails in them.
