My boss tried to say something would come out of my check (when there was two tiers of parties like the customer that didn't properly read the menu and food runner that put the ticket in...) "If you ever do that again it's coming out of your check!" I promised him it would never happen again and quit that night when my shift ended. You don't scold me. He would drop trays of shrimp on the floor and rush to put them back on the tray. I'm so happy Bluestone Seafood and Steakhouse in Tulsa is finally closed and out of business, for the sake of the customers.

If their boss fires them, they are required to pay them 1-2 weeks of severance pay. This means that even if the boss fires him, he still gets paid lol.

I would like to point out that it costs the company significantly more to fire someone than to wait for their termination and you work for minimum wage in sales there is nothing in the world that could make me do something I don't want to do I am not paid well enough for it
