Bruh, Inosuke is pretty durable too in my opinion not just "demon" durable if yk what I mean but look at this, Inosuke was still fighting back even with a broken rib and head, also he even survived Gyutaro's backstab from the heart (but he moved his heart apparently) and he even caught up to Zenitsu who is in Godspeed while bleeding.

Inosuke can shift his organs, which led him to survive a hit from Gyutaro’s poisonous weapons through his stomach. Rengoku was hit through his guts and still fought. Tengen lost an eye and a hand, and was poisoned, and still fought pretty evenly with Gyutaro

Strength: Rengoku (Managed to almost cut off akaza’s head while dying at the same time)
Speed: Rengoku (9th form feat/He ran onto the train in a matter of seconds he managed to find Enmu.)
Durability: Giyuu (Withstanding both DKT, Muzan and Akaza while still fighting)
Stamina: Rengoku (Able to stand as Dawn rises fighting akaza.)
IQ and BIQ: equal actually (As for finding out ways to counter akaza and stand for a much bit longer)
So based on the calculations- Rengoku wins insane difficulty
