absolutely timeless. ya just cant beat how wonderful jagger sounds- this is literally history captured, he wasn't perfect- but my was his music out of this world. What i would give to have been at that concert- the energy, the dance and clap- the voice, the ruggy- blues sound we all have craved again for decades. Ever since I was a little boy out in the mexican country, ive been force fed mariachi tapes and ballads- the typical grooves and pop hits of the Hispanic family. On the back of a pickup truck or outside with grasshoppers on those white stand-up party chairs. I liked the music- but i knew it wasnt what i truly liked. Then I remember one day when I was around 10-12, i listened to "sympathy for the devil" for the first time and i read the date: "1968" and it all just made sense. How could i forget?! I was born this way- this is my sound! Im that guy yes, im only 16! but i'll never let this die. I listen to them everyday- i have for the past years, and i still listened a lot even before then. When I heard his voice- i just knew i finally found what the music i liked was called. Those brits right? They sure made something magnificent. I finally realize it now- the blues, the classic rock, the british invasion and 1968 revolution in the world- what was going on in the world and the times that were changing- the 60s were a false utopia- but as things get old you look back on the sweetness of it all. I appreciate it for what it was- even after learning about all its failures. A time no longer here- it is my escapism. We may never get such a sound like this- i used to 'hate' country and the rough voices, but now i realize I was wrong. A crisp sound like this- ill never forget. Those hits on the slide guitar and harmonica are amazing. I may even learn it one day- i think because of this performance, this may be one of my favorite Stones song. It makes me feel like a kid again- in 2010, already looking back 50 years into the raise of something truly legendary. I started singing 2 years ago- im queer and infested with adhd, i struggle in ways people insist on downplaying, but i will never fail at romanticizing my life and the pursuit of happiness. I love singing these songs and being loud- im outgoing and have met some amazing people. To me this music is a parody of my own inner desires, and so when I sing these songs and walk down my street carrying myself a particular way, i have only my ambitions to carry me. I love this track- i'll take it to my grave. Long live tha Stones- babe!

The guy at the very start with the blond hair and goaty looks like a time traveller from the 90s.

I love Brian Jones shaking his hair grooving with the guitar lol so awesome to see this in color too. Even tho I love black and white footage of a lot of things this looks fantastic in color. And the camera pans were great too panning to the audience on the side of the band. 👍🏻💜👏🏻

Nowadays musicians have in ear Bluetooth monitors which are balanced to hear what they should hear, my friends a professional session musician and showed me his £2k ones. These guys played live without even front monitors.

At the guitar solo the camera focuses on Brian. He played rhythm. Keith played lead. It should've been ficuses on Keith.

I can't believe that Jon Landis (film director) was in the audience, not caring, about the Rolling Stones. He said he didn't know who these guys were and was waiting for James Brown! Really?...come on Jon!
