Beauty of the Bulb - Mandelbulb 3D Fractal Tour (8k)

The Mandelbulb 3D fractal in all its glory! Presented in stunning 8k!

Still a few glitches, I'm not really sure how I am going to resolve that yet. Otherwise, I think the quality is pretty awesome. You can really see some of the detail in this one as simple lighting came out really nice. I said I wasn't going to make another 8k one, but I'm simply getting better results. It seems rendering in 8k with lower samples, yields a better and smoother 4k image.

Imagine something this massive and complex, floating somewhere in the darkness of space. Imagine flying a ship into a wormhole, and then you're greeted with this thing. Fully lit by an unseen star.

Your Mandelbulbs get more beautiful with each rendering. This is breathtaking! Not just the bulb itself but also the tour through it.

Actually, the glitched areas came as a breath of fresh air. I really liked the movement, it kinda radiated life, viewed from my perspective.

incredible level of detail. now if only each individual piece was spinning, moving, writhing, throbbing... then it's a real trip

Holy shit, you must have an incredible pc to render this shit out at 8k with all that dirty geometry.

Like these 3d fractals videos, wish they were longer, 12-20 minutes would have me in another world

Somewhere deep down in the mathematical infinitum of these complex shapes and numerical values exists a world very similar to our own, the further you dig to uncover the newly discovered the closer you get to finding that value of numbers that would manifest a replica of our universe.

Absolutely mind-blowing. I could have stayed there for hours.

When I see these mathematicaI worlds, I always think: One of the fundamental parts of the universe is decrypted.

Interesting to see some rendering / display artifacts. They actually add some "life" to the fractal!

Your 3D fractals are my favorite, looks like traveling through space dust!👍

Congratulations on this magnificent beauty!
It's (too) rare, on your channel, to view videos of fractals where the viewer walks to the right, to the left, above, inside, below, etc..
This creates an interesting and attractive diversity for us, the spectators.
So it's much more captivating than all the fractal videos based solely on ZOOM effects, which becomes very boring.
I hope you understand what I mean.
Take inspiration from Julius Horsthuis who knows how to explore fractals, not just with a zoom effect...!
Thank you and again with my congratulations. Pierrot

The incredible beauty of complex mathematical functions 😃
Good choice of colours and music as well (imo)! 🙂🎵

Wow-what a beautiful piece of geometry and art I loved it. And a like is already given by me.
