Carlos' recounting of the rain call is excellent. Its everything you want in a leader.

Sainz the strategist. Such a great teammate. Really rooting for Williams this year, and next!

This style of interview is inspired. You really get to see the driver personalities and it's real, unscripted and bravo Atlassian Williams Racing for creating this. It sets the team apart and pulls the fans into the psychology of the team.

I can definitely see Carlos in a team management position after he retires from racing. He has got wonderful insights and the right attitude for a leader. I remember from some interviews and sneak peaks from McLaren that he used to spend a lot of time with the engineering team and having discussions about data. He'd make a great TP

Nah, these two have such an interesting dynamic, I think the obsessive attention to detail runs for both of them and that's what makes them a good pair. And please Carlos, never stop being ballsy if these are the results lol

This episode definitely feels like Carlos is feeling a bit more comfortable on camera. It's really fun to watch two of my favourite drivers interacting in such a laid back way!

Definitely my favorite F1 podcast right now.
Suggestion: Continue with the race talk, strategy, data etc. These hosts seem to know lot about racing

I still cant believe that this is "F1 Team" content. Its not only well made but full of charisma. I wish they could just cut some other media time and make these 2 hrs long.

I also have to say, I’ve noticed that Alex with Carlos theres a lot more of sharing driving/car insight which I have been enjoying. I like the off topics but really enjoy them sharing their joint experiences with track, car and driving dialogue.

Carlos's gonna be an excellent Team Principal and Chief strategist some day for sure, he's superb understanding the car and the races.

this is the most serious combination I saw for Carlos lol

Lando brought out the kid in him
Charles brought out that boy next door in him
Alex is bringing out the Mr. Sainz out of him

James' time under Petronas AMG with Toto Wolff is a great example of his strategic insight. There was a race where he convinced Toto to execute a strategy that ultimately helped Lewis win. This experience showed the value of listening to others, as James later applied the same approach as Williams Team Principal, where he trusted Carlos and worked together to help Albon secure points. It highlights his collaborative leadership and keen race strategy.
