I think it's really cool that you can use the weapon of a boss after killing it. One thing as well is that the character design and world design looks beautiful, but make sure to never make it unnecessarily cluttered. Also I don't know what to think of the character's running animation, I think he looks scared/desperate and kind of running like a hurt survivor of some sort, the character looks like a confident explorer/hero and I think his animations should reflect that. The animations while standing still are perfect though, he looks very confident.
