$229 16 GB iPod Touch 5th Generation Details

Today apple quietly updated their iPod Touch line-up with a lower end iPod Touch 5th generation. The new iPod lacks a rear facing camera and loop button and replaces the outgoing 4th generation 16 gb model.

I was skeptical at first, but now i see it will be ok without the camera.

What killed it for me was the lack of the good camera

it does have a rear camera but its just not 5 mega pixels its only 2

No it doesnt this is the new 5th gen version they took out the rear camera and the loop

this is better for kids... they use less storage. i got the ipad mini in 16gb and im always out of storage without any videos and few pictures. i would stick with the 32gb
