touch-screen mobile start popping out in late 2000s everywhere, before that, css sometimes doesnt even enabled in keypad mobile phone especially 2002-2005 phones, so you would see only html from those phones, yes i am old.

I still be using the basic css, haven’t had a reason to use the other types for my projects. The other types are interesting though.

Materialize CSS/Bootstrap/Bulma + Material Icons by Marella + Tailwind CSS + React+ Bun.js = AWESOME!

I still use Blueprint.
Its really great if you don't need any fuzz and just want to grid things. Its non intrusive and with just a few assignments things work.
