We had a Swedish friend who baked delicious stuff from the north. This is the one place in my younger years I now wished I had worked. I was a cleanup guy (and shortwave radio specialist, helping them hear french speaking broadcasts from California, internet did not exist) and experienced a lot of great food, french, some of it, in my youth. The highest quality french food also included very special cooking wines. Wallis is a gem.
