when i grew up we never had these videos, i had very negative parents and married a very negative man and my children and i suffered as he divorced me actualy i divorced him as he left me as i fought with him about his drinking so he went to another woman and never provided for his children, even though he told my family he gave me money, i never had time for my sons i was always stressed being a single parent, and my sons suffered as they struggle with life now, so these meditations are life savers to me and i share them with my sons to try to give them a second chance in life one that i cudnt give them. so im truly grateful for your work, to help heal us.

Love and light to all who read! Thank you so much for this upload. I have a naturally very negative and depression-prone brain, but I have the desire for positivity every day. Gratitude is something that takes practice for me, but it is a daily effort that is SO worth it. Just dropping by to say that you don't have to automatically be happy to practice and grow in gratitude. Its abundance grows with time if cultivated :)
