I bought today this stuff but super fast charging was not supported simultaneously. I put 2 Samsung device even with Ugreen cable. When I first put the cable into port 1, then I got super fast charging. After that, when I put another device into the port 2, only device with port 2 gets the super fast charging. Is this normal?

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. They completely ignore emails about issues with orders. They are not based in America so good luck with that. I 100% regret purchasing this product.

I bought the Ugreen Nexode 100W Desktop Charger GaN from aliexpress, and as soon as i plugged it on the wall, the hole charger just made a high pop sound, and didnt even work. 
I tried to plug it again, but no sign of energy. I think i got a defected piece that put in danger my hole house in risk of fire. That is too dangerous. How will Ugreen compensate me for that?
