Open enrollment is from October 15 through December 7th, not January 1 through March 31. That's General Enrollment, and you can only use that if you have never signed up for benefits at all and you don't qualify for the special enrollment period. And the Maximum part D prescription drug deductible is $445, not $415. #2021

Reminds me of those shows with Rick (the professor) Plum. I used to send him questions on some obscure S.S thing & that guy always knew. With interest rates so low and staying low the value of that S.S. benefit has risen. We need so much money now to match that income and at possible negative real rates lets see what kind of inflation increases S.S. is going to get.
