You guys are in charge of what tutorials we make! This one has been requested so many times over the last years and I hope it's going to clarify everything about the basic light-painting shapes we do. I'll publish a blog post later this afternoon.

--- About the Tube Stories
We are Kim Henry and Eric Paré. We are a dancer/photographer duo making our way using a tube, a feather, and a flashlight. Everything we do is lit by hand, one frame at a time. Light-painting for us is a lifestyle, and this is what we share with our audience. But great artists like you certainly do! It's wonderful to see how the creators of a whole new genre of photography are educating us through their tutorials and behind the scenes. You guys have put so much effort to uplift this art, which is more creative than any other form of photography! The light paintings inspire me but it is the landscapes and composition which makes me cry- it is too beautiful to be true!

The images Eric/Kim create are a constant source of inspiration! They just make you want to get outside and, as the commercials say 'just do it'. I am anxiously awaiting some warmer weather to get out and paint with tubes after a long winter. Have you ever considered a teaching weekend somewhere closer to home in Canada?
