Violet mid-high diffs.
Actually i know only three anime female characters that are better written than jinx.
They are
1- Violent (A++ in writing, extreme diffs the saber)
2-Artoria Pentragon(Saber)(A++, (low) high diffs Void Shiki)
3-Ryougi(Void) Shiki(B++++, very high diffs Jinx)
Jinx(Powder) - B+++ rank character in writing wise, whole fiction.

I didn't include VN, Games and Literature pieces, since there are would be alot.

Edit: i changed my opinion - Void shiki can be A++++ now, i rewatched the anime
