Ποιος είναι αυτός που δεν λατρεύει την μυρωδιά του καφέ; Νομίζω ότι είναι λίγοι αυτοί που αντιστέκονται στο εκπληκτικό άρωμά του. Η συνταγή του τιραμισού μας έρχεται από την Ιταλία, ένας απίστευτος συνδυασμός από βρεγμένα μπισκότα με καφέ και καλυμμένα με μια βελούδινη κρέμα από τυρί μασκαρπόνε, αυγά, ζάχαρη και κρέμα γάλακτος. Στην συνταγή αυτή έχω φτιάξει μια παραλλαγή του γλυκού. Είναι μια τούρτα τιραμισού όπου ανάμεσα στις στρώσεις έχω προσθέσει σπιτική μαρμελάδα κορόμηλο και πέρλες από λευκή και μαύρη σοκολάτα, ενώ η κρέμα είναι στην αυθεντική της μορφή και έχω φροντίσει να παστεριώσω τα αυγά. Επίσης το σιρόπι από καφέ το έχω φτιάξει πιο ελαφρύ για να μπορούν να φάνε και τα παιδάκια μας, ενώ το έχω αρωματίσει με 2-3 σταγόνες από εσάνς πορτοκάλι.

Who doesn’t just love the smell of coffee? I think there are only a few who can resist its amazing scent. The recipe of tiramisu has its origins in Italy, and it is an incredible combination of biscuits soaked in coffee and covered with a fluffy cream made of mascarpone cheese, sugar, eggs and heavy cream. In this recipe I have made a variation of this heavenly dessert. It is a cake of tiramisu in which I have added some homemade jam of damsons and white and black chocolate pearls between the layers and the cream has its original form in which the eggs are pasteurized. Also the coffee in the syrup is a bit lighter than an espresso which usually is used so our kids can enjoy it as well, while I have flavored it with 2 or 3 drops of orange blossom extract.
