Former renter shaken by haunting discovery of body in Jacksonville backyard

The scene of a haunting discovery has officers with the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office keeping watch about 24 hours after police say the owner of an Allendale rental property found a body in the backyard.

Sounds like someone moved out..after they buried the body in the yard..
The police had been called out their in the previous weeks
So the victims name is probly on the investigators report
That would be my guess

Or maybe someone disposed of the remains there, especially if it was found in the corner in the back. Just like they dispose of a body in someone else's trash can or a store trash bin. It could have been planted there.
