Edinburgh is one of the most beautiful cities I've ever been. In 2022, I have studied there for a couple of months and I fell in love with this breathtaking city.

In this video, I will show you all the nice things you can do in Edinburgh. Not only will I show you around in the city, but I will also take you with me on a tour through the Scottish Highlands, where we visit Loch Ness and Glencoe.

Enjoy a video full of stunning architecture, beautiful nature, nice places to dine and the Scottish culture.

Outstanding! This is truly the best video I have ever seen of my favorite City... Edinburgh. I just love Edinburgh & think it is the most beautiful & captivating City anywhere. You have shared here quite a number of wonderful places I had never seen before in Edinburgh. As well as, captured the beauty & essence of this wonderful City in your footage. As well as, provided much more footage & information on other wonderful places which I have seen before. That made this experience even more enjoyable. I also loved your brief wee visit to the Highlands, which was also very beautiful & informative as well. Your filming & footage here, along with your Commentary, was excellent & very Professional. Thank you for sharing this delightful & fascinating experience in magical Edinburgh & the bonnie Highlands of Scotland! Blessings to you!

I watch a lot of Edinburgh visitor vlogs - yours was exceptional and gave a great feel of the real Edinburgh for visitors, it does need at least 7 days! Thank you for sharing with us.

I've been to Edinburgh many times and know those streets and places well but, having seen many, many blogs about this beautiful city, I have to say this is one of the best, most informative videos I have ever seen. Well presented and easy on the eye, excellent work.

As you might know, just a few minutes' walk from Circus Lane is Saxe Coburg Place, which has steps at its far end leading down to Glenogle Road, which has a series of short streets lined with cottages that terminate at the Water of Leith (also accessible via St. Bernard's Row, right next to Hector's Restaurant near the Stockbridge bridge, or via the Water of Leith Walkway, stairs to which are at one side of the bridge, by Franco Manca Pizza). Residents of the lower levels on Glenogle Road enter from one side, upstairs residents from the other, so each has their own garden and need never see their neighbour. There is also the large red brick Glenogle Baths, which has one of the few smokestacks still standing in the city. From here it is only a few minutes to the fabulous Royal Botanic Garden.
For anyone visiting Stockbridge there are also some great independent shops and numerous places to eat on both sides of the bridge.
On a fab day, a stroll from the Gallery of Modern Art (Belford Road, there are two galleries across the street from each other) to Belford Bridge, then take the stairs down to the Water of Leith and walk along to Dean Village, then to Stockbridge for lunch before having a look (including on St. Stephen Street) before experiencing Glenogle Road and the Botanic Gardens is truly a life worth living.
Cheers.

Around Edinburgh, you will see many military statues of men on horses, the story behind them is if you see a gentleman and the horse has all four hoofs on the ground then the rider survived his military career without any injuries, if the horse has one foreleg in the air then this rider had been injured in battle and if a horse has both forelegs in the air then this rider had been killed in battle.

Great tour video, thank you so much! We're traveling there next May and visiting England, as well. We didn't realize there were so many interesting places in Edinburgh and we now know we won't be able to see everything. You've given us a great overview which will help us in prioritizing what to see. Thanks again and happy traveling!

A truly wonderful video covering many of Edinburgh and some of Scotland's
attractions, both visual and exciting to the pallet. (food and whisky). Video quality and dialogue clarity confirmed your personal knowledge of the city, which made the experience even the more entertaining. Many thanks.

Hoi Melissa, volgens mij is er wel een ford in Ford August, er staat een soort van toren in het water en nog 1 aan de kant. Weet niet of dit een overblijfsel van een ford is. Verder, leuke video👍🏼

At 24:08 is The Church of St. John the Evangelist, it's a Scottish Episcopal church in the centre of Edinburgh. It is sited at the west end of Princes Street at its junction with Lothian Road and is protected as a category A listed building.

On the left as you go in the door is a plaque for a John Stuart Forbes (J S Hiley) who had to leave Edinburgh in disgrace and ended up in America but his bad luck followed him as he joined the U.S. Cavalry and landed in the 7th and went down with Custer at the Battle of Little Big Horn.

The grandfather of American folk singer Joan Baez, William Henry Bridge was Minister here and her mother Joan Chando Bridge was born in Edinburgh and baptised in St Johns.
