How to extend frame in Camtasia 9

SHOW NOTES FROM TODAY'S EPISODE:
I'll show you three ways to extend frame in Camtasia 9, otherwise known as freeze frame. The third method is my favourite go-to technique for quickly extending a frame to match voice narration or fix up screencast recording mistakes.

1) Right click or SHIFT+E
2) Modify menu
3) Alt key

Super helpful! The "alt" method works on either side of the clip.

Alt + E what a time saver! I will definitely be using that again.

Thank you so much. Before I looked into this I actually used to cut a small piece of video and forcing the playtime to slow down, but this is what I needed!

That was simple enough. I looked everywhere for an answer and kept running into issues. Your third option was the answer that worked for me. Thanks for making this video, man!

That is confusing. I am totally lost. I just want to extend the 1st frame of my video for about 10 seconds. How do I do that?
