That's not stage scaffolding. That scaffolding is used for getting equipment installed on that flooring. They use cranes to lift equipment to that level, and then move it to it's final location. They've got about 6 of them around Giga Texas currently for getting equipment inside and installed. They also used them in Giga Shanghai and Giga Berlin, it's fairly common practice when you have large equipment to be installed in a multi-story building. It will be interesting to see what they do with the Cyber Truck.

Hey guys. Greetings from Germany. Love to watch your videos. And just wanted to let you know I was called by Tesla Berlin. They informed me that model S plaid which I ordered in the old version already in December last year will not be delivered before Q1 22. And they wanted to double check if I still want to get it. Oh and they informed it will be 2000 Euros more expensive. Greets Jorg

I used to off-road in a monster Jeep. I upgraded my rock rails (where the missing trim would be on those Hummers) so if I came off a big rock under the door, there would be no damage - otherwise the damage would make it so you couldn’t open your door. I didn’t see them in the video, but it’s possible that the Hummers had upgraded off-road rock rails.

On durability test vehicles, if you wreck even a bit of trim, the test cycle is compromised and the vehicle is scrapped. Not fitting such easily damaged parts makes keeping the test fleet in test condition, until they refit the trim for the rest of the durability testing (under normal driving conditions). I know this to be true as I used to test drive Nissans under these protocols in the UK. There's also another side issue, which is that in all probability the plastic trim is being printed at the moment and this is a slow process relatively speaking. trashing a bit of printed trim could also hold up precious durability testing time. This testing takes production intent prototypes, built on the production line often by hand, and as test builds by the robots and training the vehicle build guys. Late changes to design is easy to implement if you haven't got the injection moulds finalised pending modifications discovered being needed in field testing.

I love how Zack was trying not to laugh during the pipeline story.

Sorry, the platform is not a stage. They use the platform to move anything into the factory on the upper level to build the structure and outfit all of the equipment and systems. A crane on the ground lifts everything onto the platform then the equipment is rolled into the building. There are quite a few platforms in use around the factory. The Cybertruk was seen driving around on the site a day or two later. Right now it is MIA. None of the drone pilots have spotted it again. It may have made an appearance at a renewable energy show taking place in Austin after it disappeared from the Giga Factory.

About the Mercedes minivan, here in Europe some high end minivans are very popular to carry passengers like tourists or business travellers from and to airports organised by the hotels. They may also be hired with driver to tour them around for a full day.

Ev incentives in Romania are 9000 euros right away no matter the price of the vehicle (even plaid + can be bought using this incentive) and on top of that another 1500 euros if you scap an old car to the junk yard so basically you can have an 10500 euros ev incentinves on buying an EV

European here, from Denmark

Minivans are a thing for big families and for people who go on holiday in their car. Cars like the VW California are quite popular

My youtube schedule wasn't too heavy so I enjoyed this one at 1x speed but I often watch at 1.25x speed.

It only looks like a spoiler. It’s actually a dish to connect to Star Link!

Since the Hummer is a development mule they probably just didn't bother with the trim which might still be getting worked on by another department.

In Australia, you can't buy petrol/gas and put it in container even though you ran out of gas somewhere

You, Now You Know, and Hyperchange, are Tesla’s PR team, and you’re killing it!

Tesla should find independent journalists like these, support them financially without any strings attached, and give them access to someone at Tesla who can give them official quotes about current headlines etc.

No PR team needed but PR problem solved!

Hi guys, for your information, when i take my Range Rover, or my Discovery Off Roading, I never remove any trim, but i do add a body protection trim, ["Strong plastic covering from waist downwards, to save them from serious thorn tree scratches that can occur. Especially here in South Africa.] Please Landrover wake up to the potential of EV's.

I had a Cherokee that I would off road. You will loose the trim pretty quick. Disconnecting the sway bars is a trick that helps keep traction, but will almost guarantee you loosing all your wheel trim.
