You can also hold the lighter upright with the hinge on the left and do the same thing except you slide your thumb up to grip the lid. It looks pretty much the same but thats how I prefer to do it

I love these videos...I've watch most of them...but this one I notice you say that you strike the flint wheel with your index finger...I think you meant your ring finger.

You bring your ring finger to the flint wheel not your index finger.

Yeah Idk wtf a "squeeze" is. Don't know what kind of Hulk strength you mfs have but squeezing isn't popping the lid open in any way.

I struggled for a while to light the zippo using my index finger UNTIL I REALIZED…. That’s not the index finger!!!
