I get the same way with painting in Blender, sculpting and messing with python. All of it really, but my wife's eyes roll back in her head when I even attempt to explain what got me excited this time in Blender. Kinda like 'Blender' is the keyword that makes her eyes roll back in her head. Not kidding.
