appreciated the perspective of the Australian woman on the panel—refreshing to see someone cutting through the posturing and actually naming the issues. Her comment at the end, calling out the U.S. as increasingly resembling a rogue superpower, to my mind is spot on. In contrast, Europe’s commitment to a rules-based order is becoming even more important.
