Of all the guitar anthologies I’ve owned, Frederick Noad’s “The Renaissance Guitar” is perhaps my favorite. Like many other guitarists, it was my introduction to renaissance music. So I thought it proper to compose this modest tribute to Noad. You can find the sheet music here:
