How to do it: 1️⃣ Sheetali Pranayama (Cooling Breath)
Sit comfortably with your spine erect.
Roll your tongue into a tube and inhale deeply through it.
Close your mouth and exhale slowly through your nose.
Repeat 5-6 times.
Benefits: Cools the body, reduces stress, and calms the nervous system.
2️⃣ Sheetkari Pranayama (Hissing Breath)
Sit in a comfortable position.
Clench your teeth lightly and separate your lips.
Inhale deeply through the gaps of your teeth, producing a soft hissing sound.
Close your mouth and exhale slowly through the nose.
Repeat 5-6 times.
Benefits: Lowers body heat, reduces anger, and soothes the mind.
