The classic excuse I got yesterday for the delay in replying to my email was that she was 'on annual leave due to covid'. I am still trying to work that one out.

It is worse than shoddy it is a way of avoiding any interaction with customers and providing any customer service at all. Customers are now an inconvenience.

My uni said that we weren’t getting a graduation this year ‘due to covid restrictions’… that are supposed to end next week… and our graduation was supposed to be later this month… not exactly a massive deal in the grand scheme of things but it’s a big deal to us.
