Demifiend VS Laharl (Shin Megami Tensei VS Disgaea) | Fanmade DB Trailer

Demons value one thing- power. And these two hellish lords are definitely among the most powerful across all of creation. They're the biggest, baddest motherfuckers and they'll beat you into the dirt to prove it. And if that's not bad enough, they even have a group of demons who all serve under him- from succubi to angels to even dragons and fairies.

One is a human who, after being betrayed by his human friends and allies- and now seeks solace with his demon companions (especially Pixie) and has become a real demon, despite starting out as a human. He descends from his humanity in a True Demon. He now commands his own army of demons, and is one of the most powerful of all characters in the franchise, being a superboss just as strong as the final boss of the game.

On the other hand, the other is demon who rules over hell, but eventually discovers that he has a human side- literally. It is revealed he has a human mother, and is thus half-human. He initially rejects this notion, trying to stay being the most evil of demons, but he eventually does find the humanity in him and learns to accept his emotions.

In both Shin Megami Tensei and Disgaea, the concept of Levels and leveling up are actually canon, and both deal with crazy hard demon bosses that tend to be really overpowered- the breaking of universes in both series are simply fodder to them at this point.

... oh and they also look like young kids with shorts and are half naked.

The setup would be super easy too- just have Laharl go on a tirade about how he heard of the powerful "True Demon" and decides to go challenge him, to prove he's the strongest. That's very in-character for Laharl, and then Demifiend fighting back cuz why not is also in-character. Also, as I was making this trailer, I actually found out that this fight was "not bad" in terms of thematicness, so like, why the hell not? Its a fight that's sure to make all Hell break loose.

Because everyone except a man by the name of David is rooting for Demi-Fiend, I shall root for Laharl on this one. Some have debunked SMT Scaing, so it's possible our favorite Overlord may win this fight.

Fear The Great scaling might put him much stronger than what most initially put Laharl at, so if someone were to get it past 4th Dimensional or get Baal higher, it could be a little bit closer!
