Hi Wayne! I’m not a celebrity as yourself but I am a makeup artist of many many years and I’m also here on YouTube. My mascara technique is “twisting” the wand with my fingers while coating my lashes from base to tip. I’ll give a slight wiggle sometimes while combining slowly through the lash, but usually the “twisting rotation” motion works wonders to get each lash coated beautifully! I always enjoy all your content and thank you for showing us this mascara that we can all afford! 😍💕 stay safe sweetie
