So excited that this is an option. I would have never known about it. We are doing a disney cruise out of Miami and then immediately following with a margaritaville at sea cruise leaving the next day. This is the perfect way to get from point a to point b without renting a car. You seriously saved us.

Thanks. Waiting on the Orlando connection coming this summer.

We are in The Villages, outside of Orlando and cannot wait for Brightline to go from terminal C at MCO to FLL or MIA…that will make picking up a cruise - so much easier….no more long drives down I-95 :-)

This is super helpful. I’m staying in Ft. Lauderdale pre-cruise and was planning to Uber down but the Station-to-Vacation looks ideal.

Great video. There was some sort of train I rode before or after a previous cruise but I don’t remember the details right now. My last cruise was the next to last sailing out of Miami before they completely shut it down due to COVID-19.

I look forward to trying out the Brightline when I come to Florida for my next cruise.

You could also include a later video that brightline will soon travel from all those stations to Orlando airport sometime this year in 2023

WOW! This is great information. The train is very reasonable especially since you can get a shuttle to the ship. The train is beautiful the seats looked really comfortable and the lounge is great. Trains do a really good job of providing food, drinks and making you feel very comfortable. I was wondering if there was a train solution rather than flying. trains are much more reliable. Wouldn't it be nice if Britline spread across the country connecting different cities.

Tip if your taking royal caribbean make sure they tell the shuttle in Orlando that your coming on brightline. No one was there to get me. Thank goodness a lady was on her way to the info desk and help. She called the othside info and they went outside and told the driver where I was. Driver told me royal only gave my name no location

I'm still trying to figure out how this is a good thing for us. My travel agent suggested it, but I couldn't make sense out of it. We flew into FLL because we were coming in from different parts of the country and one of us couldn't get a flight to MIA on the needed day. We took a complimentary hotel shuttle to the hotel. The next day we took a Lyft from the hotel to the Port of Miami and were dropped off right at the terminal. Lyft cost was $30 and took about 45 minutes. Interestingly, the person at the hotel desk told us that Uber or Lyft would be about $150--obviously she was wrong. This was April, 2023.

I agree that Brightline shows beautiful waiting areas with complimentary or for purchase snacks. BUT....I would have needed a pick up at the hotel for transportation to the station, the train from FLL station to MIA station, then another car ride to the cruise terminal, obviously needing to move the luggage each time. The train ride itself would have been faster, but would we not have lost that time savings with all the transportation shuffles? And the per person cost would have been more than what we paid for 2 of us in the Lyft. What am I missing or not understanding?

Actually concerning the Uber, Uber is complimentary for all types of Premium tickets within a 5 mile radius. This does not apply just to the cruise package. I have used it once in Fort Lauderdale when riding in Premium. I booked the Uber on Brightline and the website immediately discounted the Uber fare. I took the Uber to Collee Hammock.

The only thing I am not sure is if Premium allows free Ubers for both to the station and away from the stations in one trip.

I don’t understand why the train isn’t an option from the airport too.
