You missed a small easter egg. When you go through the cave in the arrival level, I think, you can spot a writing that says "Don't give him 20$ dollars". That's a small reference to the funny mode for the original Slender: The eight pages/Slender 0.9.6

Additionally sam's image is named "supersam" in the game's files.

I can't believe Slenderman legitimately scared me as a kid. One of the first times a video game legitimately filled me with dread. Remember watching Pewdiepie screaming his head off. I also recall one guy's post back in the day who said he wasn't scared and neither was a friend he showed. She said he "Looked like an egg in a suit." I get her sentiment now. He really does just look like an egg in a suite. I'd fold him like an omelet.

i didn't realize how much the marble hornets guys being writers for this game really affected it til this video (in my defense: i've never played it), but seeing the abandoned hospital and pages plastered on the walls and being drawn by various characters makes a whole lot of sense when you remember that they directly worked on it

28:00 Ooooh so thats where they used this model! Apparently it was meant to be a reworked model for Kate as a proxy. Lore-wise, it doesn't has to meant that Lauren (The Protagonist) turned as a proxy, but in the original version of the game, they used Proxy Kate for that specific cutscene as well.

What about the secret hide and seek sequence with Slenderman? I think I remember, but you have to head to the house, grab the flashlight, activate the radio, interact with the swingset, then the Missing Child poster. Do this 3 times and it'll send you to an extremely distorted map with the camera freaking out

I never even knew Charlie’s parents existed. You’re always used to seeing a few proxies as well as Slenderman and that’s it. You also see a glimpse of Kate in her human form but other than that it’s probably the only time you see a human figure in game
