I dont think camellya will come 1.3 sadly...it depends on thr story and kuro. Her kit was already fully leaked but what ive seen is that there will be new characters in 1.3 (a blue female?? With butterfly on her eye and other one red with white or smth) but we'll see how that goes. I just want xiangli yao and scar s6 rn so im hoping yao is actually free....
